15歳からヴォーカル、ギターでバンドを始める。高校生の頃、70年代〜90年代ロックを貪るように聴く。
立教大学時代、アメリカのJazz, Funk, Soul musicの洗礼を受け、大きな影響を受ける。
2001年から本格的に作詩・作曲・編曲を始める。
電子音楽、ワールド・ミュージック、最新のクラブミュージックからPOPミュージックなどジャンルレスに様々な音楽を聴き、日本人や世界の人の音楽のルーツは何かを研究しながら、楽曲制作を行っている。
Saturday Player Meeting（現在活動休止中）, Plenty Of Paradox,として活動したほか、 Sound Style Cloudsで楽曲を多数制作。
The Immersive Callings としてサウンドトラックを制作。
2023年より、The Throwing Dukeを始動。
masanori takahashi is Japanese musician, composer, poet, singer, songwriter, DJ and record producer.
He was born and raised in Japan.
Started playing in a band at the age of 15 on vocals and guitar.
As a high school student, he devoured rock music from the 70s to the 90s.
During his time at Rikkyo University, he was baptized into American Jazz, Funk, and Soul music, which greatly influenced him.
In 2001, he began writing poetry, composing, and arranging music in earnest.
He listens to a variety of music genre-less, from electronic music, world music, and the latest club music to POP music, and creates music while researching the roots of the music of the Japanese and people around the world.
He has been active as a member of Saturday Player Meeting (currently inactive), Plenty Of Paradox, and produced many songs with Sound Style Clouds.
He has produced soundtracks as "The Immersive Callings".
In 2023, he started the band "The Throwing Duke".
